St. Peter High School’s One Act Play production of “Goosed!” by Hillary DiPiano will hit the stage 7 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 26 for a free public performance at the SPHS Performing Arts Center.
The production is a comedic twist on the story of the gold-laying goose from Giambattista Basile’s collection of fairy tales “The Tale of Tales.”

Following the public performance, the Saints will take their production to the one act play Section 2AA, Sub-section A Contest on Saturday. The tournament is hosted by St. Peter High School and starts at 10 a.m. at the Peforming Arts Center.
Brendan Larson appears as the titular goose.
Schools competing in the Subsection A Contest include St. Peter, Jordan, Marshall, Orono, Hutchinson, and New Prague. The top three plays advance to the Section 2AA Contest which is set for Saturday, Feb. 4 at Minnetonka High School.
