Diane graduated from Blooming Prairie High School in 1971. She married Douglas Smith Feb. 5, 1972 at Red Oak Grove Lutheran Church. Diane was an active member of Community Lutheran Church in Geneva where she previously served on the church council, was active with WELCA and helped with various programs over the years. She was always there for others when they needed help, never saying "No." Diane was an amazing cook, a loyal Minnesota Vikings fan, and loved spending time with her friends. She also enjoyed fishing, playing cribbage and listening to the oldies (loudly). Above all, she was always there for her family.
