* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed
skin in as little as 30 minutes.

WEM girls bounce back with win over LeSueur-Henderson
The Waterville-Elysian-Morristown girls basketball team was in search of a big bounce back win after coming up just short in a 55-49 loss against Kenyon-Wanamingo in its prior game. WEM found the win it was looking for Monday after recording a 64-29 victory over Le Sueur-Henderson.
Junior guard Claire Bohlen led the Buccaneers in scoring with 15 points, junior post Alayna Atherton led the team in rebounding with nine rebounds and sophomore wing Ashlyn Pelant led the team in steals with four while tying fellow sophomore Tatum Richard with three assists.
After hosting United South Central on Tuesday, the Bucs will face back-to-back road games, which will start on Friday when they travel to face Hayfie
