Michael J. Traxler 1954–2019 Faribault—Michael J. Traxler, age 65, of St. Cloud died on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at The Bridges, St. Cloud. Funeral services will be held at the Boldt Funeral Home, Faribault on Monday, September 9, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. with Sister Kathleen Hayes officiating. Interment will be at Warsaw Cemetery. Visitation will be at Boldt Funeral Home for one-half hour prior to the service on Monday. Michael was born on April 26, 1954 to Mary Traxler at Queen of Peace Hospital in New Prague. He grew up on his grandparents' and uncle's farm in rural Le Sueur county and attended St. Mary's Elementary school. He moved to Faribault where he continued his education and graduated from Bethlehem Academy in 1972. Michael then moved with his parents to Warsaw where he resided until 1998. He was employed at Mercury Minnesota for 10 years and then did seasonal work until he moved to St. Cloud. Michael enjoyed playing music either on his own or in a group and was a very talented drummer. He enjoyed doing landscaping; going fishing and hunting; he was a serious baseball and football fan and had a wonderful sense of humor. He is survived by his parents, Mary and Gerald Luckow of Warsaw; his half-brother, Mitchell (and Allie) Luckow of Faribault; one nephew, Nicholas Luckow and three nieces, Delaney, Daphne and Dottie Luckow; other relatives; and friends.
