Winnie Dokken 1942–2019 Faribault—Winnie M. Dokken, age 77 of Faribault, died on Sunday, September 29, 2019 at Owatonna Hospital. Memorial services will be held at Prairieville United Methodist Church, rural Faribault, on Friday, October 4, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. with the Reverend Lora Sturm officiating. Interment will be at the Prairieville Church Cemetery. Memorial visitation will be at church for one hour prior to the service on Friday. Arrangements are being completed by Boldt Funeral Home, Faribault. Winnie Mae, the daughter of Gordon and Vivian (Hanson) Michel, was born March 13, 1942 in Faribault. She married Howard Dokken on October 9, 1959 in the Little Brown Church in Nashua, Iowa. She was previously employed with Horstman Nursery School, District One Hospital, Faribault Canning Company and sold Avon for many years. She is survived by her husband, Howard; three daughters, Dawn (and Mark) Kaderlik of Faribault, Lori (and Randy) Hanegraaf of Burnsville and Lynn (and Jerry) Sather of Faribault; four grandchildren, Cody Crowley, Grant Sather, Blake Hanegraaf and Briana Hanegraaf; a sister, Betty (and Tom) Reuvers of Faribault, two brothers, Don (and Jeanne) Michel of Morristown and Richard Michel of Faribault; brother-in-law, Roger Dokken of Faribault and sister-in-law, Debra Deppa of Becker. She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Billy Dokken; grandson, Jason Kaderlik; mother and father-in-law, Rudy and Helen Dokken and brother-in-law, Gary Deppa.
