Glen F. Stofer 1928 –2020 Faribault —Glen F. Stofer, age 92, of Faribault, died Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at his home. Memorial services will be held at the Faribault Seventh Day Adventist Church on Sunday, November 22, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. Interment will be at the Solor Lutheran Cemetery, Webster. Memorial visitation will be for one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements are being completed by Boldt Funeral Home, Faribault. Glen Floyd, the son of John and Lydia (Case) Stofer was born on June 14, 1928 in Albert Lea. On October 9, 1949, Glen was united in marriage to Kathleen "Kitty" Bergstom at the Little Brown Church in Nashua, Iowa. Glen worked as a mechanic for Hegstead Motors, Waukon, Iowa and Borchert Motors, Faribault. He also served as a Lay Evangelist for the Minnesota Seventh Day Adventist Conference. Glen and Kitty lived their lives as examples for Christ; giving bible studies and being very involved with their church family. Survivors include his children, Elizabeth (and Duane) Liebelt, Robert (and Sharon) Stofer and Nancy Moore; grandsons, Shayne Stofer, Jason Stofer, Bob Moore and Josh Moore; great grandchildren, Brittney Finch and Wiley and Hitchens Moore; one sister, June Sweet of Owatonna; other relatives and friends. Glen was preceded in death by his parents, John and Lydia; wife, Kitty and daughter, Laurie Kay on October 21, 2020. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Amazing Facts.
