title, estate, interest, or lien
in the real estate described
in the Complaint herein.

ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS:
YOU ARE HEREBY
SUMMONED and required to
serve upon the Plaintiff’s attorney
an Answer to the Complaint
in the above entitled action,
which Complaint is on file in the
office of the Court Administrator
of the above named Court,
within twenty (20) days after
the service of this Summons
upon you, exclusive of the day
of service. If you fail to do so,
judgment by default will be
taken against you for the relief
demanded in the Complaint.
This action involves,
affects, or brings in question
real property situated in the
County of Le Sueur, State of
Minnesota, described as follows:
The South Three-fourths of the
South Half of the Northeast
Quarter of Section Number 25,
Township Number 109 North,
Range 24 West, Le Sueur County,
Minnesota.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN
that the object of this action is
to determine adverse claims
to the real estate and to have
title to said real estate quieted
in fee simple in the Plaintiffs
and to have it adjudged that
the Plaintiffs are the owners
of said real estate as stated
in the Complaint in fee simple
absolutely, and that the
Defendants, or any of them or
any other persons or parties
have no right, title, estate,
lien, interest or easement
therein, thereto or thereupon.
Notice is further given
that no personal claim is
made by Plaintiffs against
any of the Defendants.

processes as provided in Rule
114 of the General Rules of
Practice for District Courts.
