The Chronicle asked Montana State cornerback Damien Washington five questions about himself and the team. Here are his answers.
Q: What’s your favorite memory as a Bobcat?
A: I would say ‘Cat-Griz freshman year. It was my first time playing them. It was really fun. I don’t know, it’s my favorite memory. I’ll never forget that game.
Q: If you could play one other position, what would it be?
A: Probably receiver because I’m sweet with my moves and things like that.
Q: In what ways has football shaped you?
A: It’s just showed me how to be more accountable, respectful and how to be a man. Just in a lot of ways in terms of accountability and things like that.
Q: In what ways has MSU surprised you?
A: Just the love of the fans and the coaching staff and how much they care about us. Just how fun this state is if you get outside and do some things.
Q: What’s your pregame meal?
A: Steak? If they give me steak, I’ll eat it. But whatever they feed us, I’ll eat.
