OWATONNA — The Owatonna Public Library continued its Summer Reading Program on Thursday by ruffling a few feathers.
The library brought in The Raptor Center from the University of Minnesota to teach the children about four different raptors, including the red-tailed hawk, the merlin, the great horned owl and the bald eagle.
