OWATONNA — When Peter Grant made the decision for the Owatonna schools to have a two-hour late start on Tuesday, he wasn’t surprised that he heard some complaints, though he was surprised that one of the complaints came from a student.
“I got a call from a high school student who said, ‘The two-hour late start complicates my life,’” said Grant, the superintendent of the Owatonna school district.
