In Trump's so-called "Good Times," the federal minimum wage is still only $7.25 an hour, and a fifth of Americans have a zero or negative net worth, and 78% of us live from paycheck to paycheck.
Warren Buffett, everyone's favorite billionaire, said, "There's been class warfare, and my class won!"
The facts are now out, and the loans to bail out the megabanks totaled $16.8 trillion. Fortune 500 companies account for two-thirds of the U.S. Gross National Product and have a valuation of $21.6 trillion.
"Too big to fail" means "too big to be left in private hands."
Bernie Sanders' call to break up the megabanks and revive progressive taxation is not socialism.
The collective product of the American people, which has been appropriated by the few, should be returned.
