AUM Cardiovascular in Northfield invites folks to its open house and "fun fundraising event" from 3:30-6:30 p.m. on Friday (May 9).
The event will have fun activities, music, food and some chances to win prizes, according to AUM owner and CEO Marie Johnson.
Staff at AUM Cardiovascular will also take part in the American Heart Association's premiere event for raising funds to save lives from the country's No. 1 and No. 4 killers − heart disease and stroke.
AUM is actively participating and pledging to raise $5,000 for the American Heart Association cause.
AUM Cardiovascular’s vision is to eliminate needless death due to coronary artery disease.
CADence™ is a device designed by Johnson and her team to detect functionally significant coronary blockage through an innovative, non-invasive, radiation-free test. The system provides an office-based, fast-test interaction between the patient and their clinician.
AUM Cardiovascular is located at 1001 Hwy. 3 South, next to McDonald's.
