Patricia Violet Flikke 1941–2019 Northfield—Patricia Violet Flikke was born February 15, 1941 in Northfield, Minnesota, to Fred and Laura (Duffney) Odette. She attended Northfield School District. On February 13, 1960, Patricia married Obert Flikke in Northfield. Patricia had 4 children, and remained a housewife. She later worked as a PERA teacher's aide and retired from the Kenyon-Wanamingo School District. Patricia was generous, caring, and a loving mother and grandmother. She loved and cared for her family throughout her lifetime, always sharing her unconditional love. She enjoyed gardening, playing board games, camping and fishing with family and friends. Patricia passed away Sunday, May 12, 2019 at St. Mary's Hospital iIn Rochester, Minnesota. Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Obert; 2 sons, Robert of Wanamingo, Obert Flikke Jr. (Kathy) of Bombay, MN, and 2 daughters, Linda (Jeffrey) Jandro of Faribault, and Karon (Christopher) Caron of Faribault; 7 grandchildren, Aundre Wrolstad-Flikke, Clara Flikke, Amanda (Brad) Larsen, Melissa (Brad) Smisek, Ryan Jandro, Daniel (Renee) Caron, Dustin (Isabel) Caron. 8 great-grandchildren, Noah Berger, Leigha, Hallie, Audrey, Violet Larsen, Peyton and Skylar Smisek, Isaac Caron. Patricia's Celebration of Life will be at Hegre Lutheran Church, Hwy. 56 in Kenyon at 11 a.m. Monday, May 20, 2019, with worship facilitated by Pastor Renita Eidenschink. Patricia is survived by one sister, Valora Moravec, of Northfield.
